Louisiana Sea Grant; NOAA/NURP; NSF; MMS; Alabama/ Mississippi Sea Grant; DOE; Earth Watch
GRADUATE RESEARCH ADVISORY:
At LSU I have directed six PhD dissertations, two MS theses, and two posdoctoral fellows. In addition, I served on 24 theses and dissertation committees in the Department and 10 dissertation committees on the LSU campus as the external examiner. Among these PhDs, I directly supervised the isotope studies of 6 candidates.
Since 2001 at the University of Alabama I graduated one MS and one PhD students. Presently I am advising three PhD students (two close to graduation) and one MS student, and I am serving in the committees of one MS and two PhD students in the Department of Geological Sciences.
