The University of Alabama Honors Week

Honors Week at The University of Alabama is always a special time. This week the University highlights the personal, professional and academic achievements of its students, faculty, staff, and campus leaders. Just as the ceremonies in the early 1900s formalizes our university's regard for personal accomplishments, the annual Honors week tradition continues to acknowledge those individuals whose hard and creativity reflect well on this institutions’s commitments to quality research,instruction, and service. As we recognize these individuals, let us also recognize the environment of out- standing dedication and fine traditions that make their accomplishments possible.
